Learn and practice the basics of ballet technique with an emphasis on placement, posture, strength, musicality and muscle elongation. It’s a fantastic workout for the body while also being centering and calming for the mind.

Adult classes are one hour long and designed to strengthen and tone. In addition to a ballet barre and center work, students will also do exercises specific to core and other particular muscle groups, such as planks and mountain climbers.
